About Hawker Hall:

Housed in a historic turn-of-the-century horse stable, Hawker Hall is our representation of a food and beer hall that takes its inspiration from the vibrant hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia. Hawker Hall gives guests the opportunity to share a huge variety of affordable dishes across many cuisines found in traditional hawker markets in a bustling, lively, vibrant sit-down restaurant.

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Wok Chef
• Knowledge in Asian cuisine is essential
• Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
• Solid understanding of food safety standards
• Stock control and ordering experience
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, early morning or late-night shifts
• Must have full work-rights in Australia
