We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to join our team at either one of our Melbourne locations. Full-time and part-time positions available.

ABOUT YOU:

FOH

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (tray service is a must)

- Outgoing personality

- Positive attitude and exudes good vibes

- Punctual and reliable

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility to work mostly lunch service

- Valid RSA certificate

- Physically fit (must be able to carry out tables and chairs for set up and tear down)

*Please state if you happen to have previous bar experience.

BOH

- At least 6 months of experience with a la carte dining

- Availability to work minimum 30 hours, mostly lunch shifts

- Experience in Asian cuisine is preferred, though not essential

- Must have proficient English communication skills

*Please state if you happen to have previous bread roll making experience.
