Vue de monde seeks creative, enthusiastic and qualified Pastry Chefs to join our two-hatted restaurant in a progressive and dedicated team.

The Role & Responsibilities

This role will see you work with our Head Chef and Group Executive Pastry Chef to create unique and exciting desserts using outstanding local and seasonal ingredients.

Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine excitement and passion for the industry, and the desire to build on an established career with an internationally recognised hospitality group. Above all, you will be professional, positive and curious about everything that goes on in our wonderful industry.

To Be Successful In This Role

You will need to have:

• Proven pastry chef experience
• Ideally, you will be coming from a hatted, Michelin star or upmarket dining venue
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Excellent food knowledge
• A desire to perform at the highest level
