As a Kitchen Team Member you will:

• Ensure the consistent and high quality preparation and execution of all menu items within Gold Class
• Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene
• Provision of food and beverage service
• Floor, ushering and cleaning duties when required
• Effectively communicating procedures to other team members
• Other duties as specified by your manager

About you:

• Excellent personal presentation and grooming
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work alone and as a team;
• Strong organisational skills
• Work well under pressure
• Flexibility in relation to working a flexible and rotational roster.

As a minimum, you will be required to be available to work: a) one night shift, Sunday through to Thursday; b) one night shift, Friday or Saturday; and, c) one day shift Saturday or Sunday.

Additional Skills/Experience & Qualifications

• All applicants will need to be aged 18 years or over
• Previous kitchen experience and a current Food Handlers Certificate would be considered advantageous
• Proven experience within the hospitality industry and/or studying in the field.
