We are looking for experienced Venue & Restaurant Managers to join this respected and established restaurant group. All our venues are very busy with well established teams, stylish fit outs and are backed by one of the best operations teams in the business.

We are looking for complete professionals who have the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled. We are seeking Managers who enjoy training and developing the staff underneath them and have a sharp eye for detail and thorough understanding of budgets as well as the knowledge and drive to exceed them.

What you will need:

• At least 2 years experience in similar role in high volume venue
• Great customer service skills and the temperament to match
• Ability to work with, mentor and develop a large team
• Passion for the industry
• Wine & Cocktail knowledge a bonus
• Ability to lead from the front in these hands on roles
• Solid financial acumen and the desire to exceed expectations
• Understanding of compliance & relationships with council, OLGR & Police
