Corporate Health Management (CHM) is looking for an experienced Swim School Coordinator to lead our Swim School team at our exclusive private members' facility in the Western Suburbs.

About Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club

Located in the Suburb of Point Cook, we are 28kms from Melbourne CBD and provide a Gym, indoor swimming pool, Spa & Sauna for community residents.

Your role will be to manage all areas of the aquatics program and support the Facility Manager in all areas of facility operation. The role may include some ‘in the water’ teaching.

Previous experience managing a Swim School is essential. A familiarity with Simply Swim software would be desirable.

• Support the Manager in all areas of facility operation
• Report based on agreed performance goals

• Fitness/Aquatics Management/Administration Experience
• Learn to Swim (AUSTSWIM) Qualifications or equivalent
