Ichiro’s Sushi Bar (www.ichiros.com.au) is seeking a Part-Time Sushi Chef (May go Full Time in a few months time) for our restaurant. We are located at Mascot Central Retail Precinct, only 2 stops and 10 minutes from Central Station. We have a sushi-train style restaurant with a hot food kitchen catering to a corporate and residential market. We are open Monday to Friday for lunch and Monday to Sunday for dinner. A typical shift is approximately 4.5-5 hours. We are seeking a candidate that has flexibility in their availability and is happy to work on weekends. Currently there is the opportunity for 2-4 shifts, but more will become available in a few months time.

You will have experience with making a range of sushi from Baby Rolls, Inside-Out, Nigiri and Hand Rolls. Ideally, you are able to cut Salmon, Kingfish and Tuna.Your role requires you to be a team player and assist in preparation, clean-up and washing.
