We have some very exciting projects on the horizon, With continuous growth predicted in to the future we are looking for qualified chefs who want to progress and grow with us. 

We are looking for chefs to join one of our existing kitchen teams and become a part of Australian Venue Co. individualised progression plan. You will be taught the skills to be a senior chef including costs, labour control, people management and back of house reporting systems.

The right candidate will be able to produce quality food and consistency. You will also need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• A keen eye for detail
• An ambition to succeed in the kitchen
• A willingness to share your skills & knowledge with others
• Great team work and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends
