Our culinary team are a bunch of talented and innovative individuals with a passion for creating beautiful food that surpasses the expectations of our guests.

As we prep for our busy season, exceptional opportunities now exist at our premium venue the Atlantic Restaurant for qualified and experienced culinary staff to work alongside Executive Chef Nick Mahlook and his dedicated team.

We are looking for:

  • Sous Chefs;
  • Commis Chefs;
  • Pastry Chefs;
  • Chef de Parties; and
  • Junior Sous Chef's.

The successful applicants must have:

  • a passion for food and creative flair;
  • previous experience in a similar role;
  • trade qualifications
  • a strong work ethic,taking pride in the consistency of the food you produce;
  • excellent communication skills and professional presentation;
  • strong understanding of food safety standards and practices;
  • flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including evenings, week-days & week-ends;
  • unlimited work rights in Australia as this is a full time position.
