We have a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our close-knit kitchen.

What you would be doing:

The main things that you would be doing include:

• Responsible for the planning, preparation and production of food
• Maintain and order stocks and supplies
• Ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and food counters achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Vietnamese cuisine experience is a must
• Previous Vietnamese restaurant experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experience in a similar role
• Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
• Must have rights to work in Australia
• English speaking, Vietnamese speaking is a bonus
