Our team in the kitchen and front of house, is made up of some of Melbourne’s most respected hospitality professionals, each committed to providing a fun, memorable and entertaining experience in an unpretentious environment, with modern design, a stunning fit out, and a thought leading approach to quality cuisine.

The successful applicant will work closely with the venue manager and head chef to continue the success of this standout Melbourne pub.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to handle high volume service
• A keen eye for detail
• An ambition to succeed in the kitchen
• Great team work and communication skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends
• An understanding of food-related health & safety procedures to protect the health, safety and welfare of customers and employees
