About the role
Wonderful opportunity for an ambitious and driven Chef to work with us preparing quality, produce driven dishes. We are surrounded with our own cheese importation and maturation rooms, in house butchery and artisan gelato making.
What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Collaborative menu planning
- Training and nurturing junior staff
- Running busy services professionally
- Maintaining and monitoring fresh mis en place levels through all sections
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for candidates with the following attributes:
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a busy environment
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- Ability to lead with confidence and kindness
