What you would be doing
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to lead the operation of our kitchen.
- Support in leading, mentoring and developing the team while running various sections during service.
- Assume total responsibility of the service in the absence of the head Chef
- Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
- Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
- Engage in a positive manner with FOH teams to ensure outstanding food experience for our customers.
- Be involved with a creative process of weekly special options.
- Support on ensuring COGS and key performance metrics are met in the kitchen.

- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in a similar role
- Creative, and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure
- Have desire to become the next Head Chef
