Established for 16 years, we are a busy café/restaurant with a reputation for excellent food, coffee and customer service. This has been achieved by focusing on providing every customer with a positive experience every time.

A fantastic opportunity exists for a sous chef with a minimum of two years experience in a like role. Qualified you will support the head chef in leading our team in a permanent fulltime capacity to continue the consistently high quality food. Focusing on breakfast, lunch and functions, to be successful in this role you will have:-

• Experience in a high volume, high quality business
• Strong culinary flair and presentation
• Staff training
• Must have a hands on, can do attitude
• Manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
• Demonstrated leadership skills and proven experience in leading people in kitchen environments
• Offer exceptional customer service
• Provide input into the design of interesting and exciting menus in a modern Australian cuisine style for lunch, breakfast, functions, catering and special events
• You must have excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic, engaging personality with a sense of humour
