We are growing business specialising in organic, vegetarian cuisine with a Middle Eastern influence.

We are in the process of expanding our venue and are looking for person that can help take it to the next level.

We are very passionate about our work and ideally looking for applicants that feel the same passion for their own career.

As an owner chef with experience working in some of Melbourne's most highly decorated venues, we have a thorough understanding of the Melbourne hospitality scene and are always pushing the boundaries of the culinary world.

We are looking for someone with strong leadship skills and who highly values honesty and respect.

Applicants should be:

• experienced in all facets of kitchen work
• Good understanding of Food and Safety
• Excellent Knife skills
• Able to take direction from Head Chef
• Highly organizzed
• Able to do ordering when required
• Excellent interpersonal Skills
