At One By One Café we are on the hunt for an experienced and qualified Chef to join a vibrant team at a bustling café in Keilor East. You will be given the chance to join our team with the expectation to be innovative and offering up high quality foods with respect to both taste and presentation.

· A genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry;

· A willingness to be mentored and supervised; whilst adhering to and upholding high standards.

· Excellent organization and communication skills;

· The ability to work co-operatively and productively in a high-pressure environment;

· A high level of hygiene standards and personal presentation;

• Proven experience as a Café Chef

• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills

• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes

• Credentials in health and safety training
