About the role

The Lincoln is expanding the team and looking for two energetic chefs (Sous Chef/Junior Sous/Chef de Partie positions) with a passion for locally sourced and properly cooked food.

Working in a small team of 5-6 chefs allows for movement around the kitchen and an opportunity to work each section. We source ethical and sustainable produce and use smaller farmers, where possible. The menu is a modern Australian pub style.

What's required

  • 45 hours availability per week
  • Qualified and experienced
