• Rotating roster, NO LATE NIGHTS

Skills & experience

• Previous Sous Chef experience in a a la carte restaurant or gastro pub
• Advanced understanding of HACCP
• Self motivated, organised and diligent
• Qualifications including commercial cookery certificate III
