The Role...

In a very busy venue you will work as part of a very successful and experienced team to execute a simple and tasty menu which is focused on counter service and self service. Designing specials, healthy alternatives whilst looking amazing to draw in the crowds from the high foot traffic in a prime position.

Initially based in the existing cafe this will give you time to plan your kitchen and set up menus as well trialling your ideas. The cafe is very close to the new location so you will be able to get a great understanding of the requirements before starting it up.

• Manage the team with ease - previous experience is essential.
• Understand how to properly prepare before service and too ensure the kitchen team is ready - having worked in high volume venues this is second nature to you.
