We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sous Chef to join the bustling Richmond Club Hotel.

But not just any old Sous Chef. We're looking for a full time career professional who can come into the kitchen and work with our Head Chef to continue to raise our standards. We're looking for someone who cares about where they work and the food they send out, because we promise to care about you.

Someone who shares our values, who brings passion and positivity, who will drive their own growth and the growth of their team, and isn't afraid to challenge us and the way things have 'always been done' in order find the best solutions. Our people are the heart of our business so we’re determined to find an absolute legend to help us continue to raise our standards and take the Richmond Club Hotel to new heights.

With ongoing training, there will be ample opportunity to further your skills and progress your career within the growing Sand Hill Road family. Having just added the legendary Espy to our portfolio - our biggest venture yet due to open in November - this is an exciting (and busy) time to join the team.

So, if you are a Sous Chef who has:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• A love of great food
• The ability to lead and manage an efficient team
• Understanding of control measures, COGS, and KPI's
• Rostering experience
• Understanding and basic experience in menu costing
• Experience in developing creative menus
• Understanding of computer based stock management systems
• and of course relevant experience making brilliant pub classics!
