Quay & Co is an exciting, and dynamic Greek influenced cafe .It is located in the heart of the iconic area of Circular Quay

We are offering a full time position for a qualified innovative sous chef to manage and work directly with owner and to implement new menus.

The new sous chef would need to have experience in setting up ,takeaway and dining aspects of the business.

We are also looking for qualified cooks.

• Experience in working in a high volume area
• Ability to work in a team environment and is able to cope under pressure
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• A passion for quality food and procedure
• Desire to grow and progress within your trade
• Monitor that kitchen and storage areas are clean and safe at all times
• Flexibility to work on weekends including public holidays
