The successful candidates will have:

• Currently hold a Diploma in Early Childhood
• Previous Montessori experience essential
• Hold a current Working with Children Check
• Passionate knowledge of Early Childhood Education, Montessori pedagogy and Early Childhood development
• Commitment to delivering high quality care and NQS high quality indicators
• Innovation, creativity and motivation
• 2 years+ Experience in working with all age groups from 2 to 6 years
• Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma and Accredited Anaphylaxis Certificate
• Strong organisational skills
• Professional manner and appearance
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment towards company values, policies and procedures.
• A sense of fun
• Motivated, driven and ambitious
