Bambu Asian Eating House is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, reliable and responsible FOH supervisor to join our fast paced modern Asian restaurant!

To be successful for this role the candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with an exceptional attention to detail and customer service, where the customer is the number 1 priority.

They will be a positive role model and be constantly looking for ways to improve the daily operations of the business.

You work well in a team environment and have a strong understanding of cost saving measures and restaurant profitability.

You will be a concise communicator with the ability to adapt to any situation. You will also be a true leader and encourage your team to achieve great results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Control and manage general operation of the venue to a high standard.
2. Ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Support the venue manager to write an efficient weekly roster for front of house staff and monitoring overall staffing costs.
4. Support venue management with hiring, training and performance management.
5. Enforce service standards.
6. Support the venue manager with weekly admin jobs.
7. Have great attention to detail and a strong leadership style
8. Will be responsible for all customer feedback and inquiries

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Hospitality management experience in a similar role preferable.
2. Exceptional communication skills.
3. Ability to supervise operations in a fast paced environment.
4. Able to lead, train and motivate a team.
5. Passionate hospitality professional with the ability to drive sales and the public profile of the brand.
6. Strong leadership skills and an ability to create and maintain a culture of service excellence.

The right person should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, be able to use common sense, have a positive "can do" attitude and have a solid understanding about efficient hospitality operations. Must be available weekends, nights and able to do split shifts if required.
