Gramercy Social is a all day bar & eatery situated at the Cullen Hotel in Prahran. The venue is also responsible for all F&B for the hotel which includes conference & events and room service.

We are looking for an experience restaurant supervisor to join our established team.

Applicants must fulfill the following criteria

1. Have solid management experience in a similar role
2. Have experience working in conference and events
3. Have a strong skills across floor & bar including cocktails and coffee
4. Be well presented and have a great personality
5. Be available weekends

This position is for approx 40 hours a week.
