The Talent Kitchen has a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated, hard working and experienced Restaurant Supervisor ready to transfer their knowledge and skills to a reputable venue and progress their career.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Well groomed, well presented and professional
• Living within close proximity to the Sutherland Shire or have a good understanding of the area
• Been in a supervisory or duty manager position for at least three years
• Friendly and outgoing with an ability to create positive relationships and focus on customer service
• At least two years experience managing a team of three or more including both front of house and back of house staff members
• Experience creating and implementing successful marketing strategies particularly event planning and monthly theming
• Confident with conducting stocktake duties
• Confident with using POS system and cash handling policies
• Confident with taking bookings and turning tables
