Your day to day

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll manage our evening Restaurant and Bar Operations to ensure quality service and standards whilst leading our Food and Beverage team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You'll also ensure the team are engaged, supported and trained whilst maintaining health, safety and service requirements.

What we need from you

• Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage, with supervisory or leadership experience
• Vibrant personality, passion for customer service, eye for detail
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
