Iconic bay side venue requiring a Manager for our seaside Restaurant

Middle Brighton Baths Restaurant is seeking a motivated Manager for our busy restaurant. We are open 7 days a week and serve breakfast on weekends, lunch and dinner.

About Us

The Baths also caters to a wide range of events including weddings and private dining experiences for up to 200 guests. We provide a positive work environment with scope to grow and develop. We are 15 mins from Middle Brighton Station with access to shops and transport.

Reporting to the General Manager responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of floor staff
• Manage staff, revenues and costs on a daily basis
• Delivering consistent quality service to our guests

Manager Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and passionate about food and beverage bringing a positive attitude to the restaurant
• Demonstrated knowledge of OHS
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
• Exceptional customer service

The successful applicant must be able to work in Australia and should have a stable work history in high volume, quality restaurants and be able to demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
