We offer a new and exciting food concept serving fresh takeaway bowls of Sashimi, prepared and built by a team of trained mixers, with a passion for health, cleanliness and the lifestyle that is FISHBOWL.

About the role

You will be a part of FISHBOWL's core team of managers with input from all levels. A FISHBOWL manager plays a role in shaping the growth of the company everyday. bWe have a flat line of management and understand that our team is everything. We provide an opportunity for you to grow and learn new skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Rostering and training of all staff.

-Team building

-Quality control. Build amazing FISHBOWL's daily.

-Inventory management and stock control

-Daily financial reporting to oversee the overall performance of the store

Skills and experience

-Most important is a willingness to learn. FISHBOWL is a totally new operation. If you apply yourself and have the right attitude then you are capable. Other skills are just a bonus.

-At least 1 year working in a bar or restaurant

-Previous managerial experience is a bonus but not necessary

-45 hours per week

-Again attitude is our only real requirement. The rest you learn on the job.
