The role is perfect for a seasoned restaurant manager looking for new opportunities within a progressive and expanding group. You will have the support of a strong management team, sommeliers, internal and external training, opportunity for growth and career progression.
You will have;
- Personality and warmth for guest experience
- Strong restaurant management experience – will be working with the team, not office based
Financial acumen – adhering to budgets, GP, wages – setting goals & targets, cost cutting ·
- Ability to control front and back of house staff, procedures, training
- Autonomy – not someone we need to baby sit
- Capability to build and develop a positive, strong company culture
- Build longstanding relationships with guests & staff
- Self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Confidence and be vivacious!
- Able to work nights & weekends
This is a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really have to be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your hospitality skills over many years.
