The Hills Lodge Hotel & Spa has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a young, vibrant team in one of the Hills leading Restaurants.

The successful candidate will have a hands on approach to guide this energetic team to deliver high end service in a supportive environment. We are looking for a hands on manager ready to engage with customers and lead the team.

This is a full time position with flexibility required to work evening and weekends.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Passion for food and wine
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cost control, revenue generation and staff levels
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
