Basta Osteria is looking for a Restaurant Manager.

Basta is an Italian Osteria. A family run place with a belief that a dining experience

only needs the right balance of “enough” vital ingredients to be truly extraordinary.

We are a small team and we need an enthusiastic and energetic person

with a positive attitude.

The right candidate must have:

- Some Italian food & wine knowledge.

- Previous experience in similar role

- Good eye for detail

- Passion for food

This is a full time position, 5 days a week. We are not open on Sunday !

Duties will include:

- Manage/supervise and train a small team

- Help the general manager with rostering

- Work with general manager and chef to maintain a high level of service,

- Opening/Closing the venue

- Cashing up

Meals provided.

Pay depends on experience.
