About the role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will share our passion for French food and can inspire a team as you manage the daily operations of our Circular Quay location.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team
• Ensure all customers receive the Four Frogs' restaurant experience
• Adhere to all company policies including food handling and OHS
• Manage labour costs, food costs, staff rosters, and customer bookings
• Work with the accountant for payroll and tax documents

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role including experience in managing labour costs, food costs and profit/loss
• RSA (compulsory)
• You clearly identify with the French lifestyle and culture
• Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
• A desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations
