About the role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will share our passion for French food and can inspire a team as you manage the daily operations of our Circular Quay location.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team
- Ensure all customers receive the Four Frogs' restaurant experience
- Adhere to all company policies including food handling and OHS
- Manage labour costs, food costs, staff rosters, and customer bookings
- Work with the accountant for payroll and tax documents
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role including experience in managing labour costs, food costs and profit/loss
- RSA (compulsory)
- You clearly identify with the French lifestyle and culture
- Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
- A desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and other compliance obligations
