ABOUT THE ROLE

My client is seeking an experience and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the day to day operations of this little piece of paradise in the Samford Valley. You will have excellent wine and cocktail knowledge and have a huge passion for providing warm, welcoming and professional customer service experiences. You will be a community minded manager, someone who will remember the locals and regulars and greet everyone as if they were like family to the restaurant! Product knowledge and Sequence of Service are at the core of this role and you will have a huge focus on training and mentoring staff to ensure all are working to a common goal and ensuring the restaurant is showing further growth and profitability for the future.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high end boutique venue
• Excellent product knowledge and a passion for good food and great wine
• Exceptional Sequence of Service procedures and the ability to train a tram accordingly
• A warm and friendly demeanour with a huge focus on outstanding customer service
