Restaurant/Cafe Manager – MONDAY – FRIDAY Only!

The Essoign Club Melbourne is a private legal club for judges and barristers of the Victorian Law Courts. We are now seeking an experienced and talented Restaurant/Cafe Manager

The role

· Oversee the operations of the café and restaurant area of the club. You will be responsible to ensure that a high level of service is maintained by your team. You must be able to communicate with other departments especially the kitchen during service periods.

Skills and experience

· A current Victorian RSA certificate

· Must be able to work in Australia in a full-time capacity

· Self-motivated and accountable

· Excellent presentation and communications skills

· Excellent food and beverage knowledge

· Customer focused and passion to create exceptional guest experiences

· Ability to prioritise tasks with a keen eye for detail

· High standard of problem solving and decision making

· Ability to supervise up to 15 employees at once
