The role

Our client is looking for a corporate receptionist to provide that first point of contact on their reception desk. Your duties will include:

  • Front of house
  • Meet and greeting clients
  • Attending to phone & email inquiries
  • Manage meeting room bookings
  • Arrange tea/coffees when required for meetings
  • Management of office supplies
  • General housekeeping of reception and meeting rooms

You

Ideally you will have at least 12 months’ experience working as a receptionist. You will also have:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build teams
  • Excellent telephone and customer service manner
  • The ability to handle pressure situations
  • Good memory and clear-thinking abilities
  • Good listening skills
  • The ability to maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • A proven history of being reliable and trustworthy
