We are seeking a qualified full time Grill Chef to assist and support our Head Chef in our busy kitchen. Working with a great team at Milanos in Brighton.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
• Someone with excellent food knowledge and an eye for detail.
• 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant, pub or bistro.
• Advanced communication skills
• OH&S compliant with strict food hygiene practices
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster
• Work efficiently under pressure.
• Be reliable, positive and well organised person.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills.
• Expected to understand all sections (pan, hot/cold & larder) of our kitchen, including grilling techniques.
