An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Qualified Chef to join The Village Green kitchen team. As a qualified Chef you will be responsible for food preparation in a high volume establishment and cleanliness of the service area. The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and will need to demonstrate:

1. Experience working in a hands on Buffet, Bistro, Functions and Sports Bar Kitchen.
2. Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality and food safety.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
4. Excellent planning skills and the ability to think on your feet.
5. Trade cooking qualifications are essential. Available to work weekdays, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts is a must.
