Position/Title: Catering Chef

Salary: Based on experience of applicant

Job Type: Full Time Hours

Hours: 5am starts, 5 days a week (Tue to Sat)

Your Private Chef is a very busy and fast paced, family-run catering company looking for an Experienced chef to assist the Executive Chef/owner with its continuing growth.

We are searching for a chef with catering experience, who enjoys change and diverse menus to work with.

We are very flexible and customer focussed. We cater for events of all sizes, including catering deliveries.

This role has been developed to support the Executive Chef in all facets of the kitchen operation, this includes the day to day running of the prep kitchen, as well as off-site catering.

As the successful candidate you will have:

• Catering experience
• Min 4 years experience as a chef
• An Australian drivers licence and own car
• Loyalty to stay for the long term
• Flexible attitude
• A morning person who is flexible with schedule
• A passion for food and desire to constantly learn
• A flexible and friendly nature
• Proficiency in all aspects of food safety, including HACCAP
• Positive communication skills, energy and attitude
