About The Position

We are currently looking for an Head Chef with extensive experience in authentic Italian cuisine, to coordinate, manage and develop the savoury offerings at our Brunetti Flinders Lane store.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, our Head Chef is responsible and accountable for leadership and management of our savoury Kitchen operation including day to day activities, financial performance and strategic planning.

This role encompasses both the day-to-day function of overseeing the appropriate quality and level of service to customers is maintained and guiding the future direction of the Kitchen to increase the offering, quality, efficiency and staff commitment.

• Demonstrated service skills developed in a premium café and/or restaurant operations

• Experience in an authentic Italian café and/or restaurant
