Marks Quality Cakes is a premium manufacturer of cakes based in Williamstown.

Marks Quality Cakes has been producing high quality delicious cakes for the hospitality industry over the past 25 years, in recent times we have expanded and are supplying our products right throughout Australia.

Due to further expansion in our business we are looking to employ a full time Pastry Chef (2IC in training).

Reporting to the Assistant Production Manager we are looking for a competent pastry chef who is looking to take their next step and train into a 2IC role in our business.

We are looking for a person that has the right attributes to fit our business if you can tick the box to the following we would like to talk to you -

Experience - You will have a minimum of three years post graduate pastry chef experience in a production environment.

Chocolate and decorating - Experience with chocolate decorating will be highly regarded and is a key component of this role.

Stability - You will be able to demonstrate a stable successful work history.

This role is permanent 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday, overtime is available regularly.
