Tatra Receptions is one of Melbourne’s premier weddingreception venues, located in the Dandenong Ranges.

Tatra Receptions is currently seeking a qualified Chef tojoin our team. This position plays a vital role in the success of the businessand thus requires a committed and passionate candidate.

The duties andresponsibilities included but not limited to:

·Assisting the Head Chef with all prep andservice requirements of each function.

·Taking lead when necessary for food serviceduring a function.

The successfulcandidate will have:

·Great organisational skills

·Attention to detail

·Ability to work under pressure

·Superb time management skills

·Access to their own mode of transport

This is a part-time position which will include night andweekend work.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong workethic and must be able to demonstrate a high competency in their cooking style.Only qualified Chefs need apply.
