In my opinion, the biggest benefit to working in Waves kitchen is the staff we have there. You will not find a more easy going and friendly kitchen environment anywhere else - there are no fights, no hot-headed tempers, no arguments - just a hard working, respectful environment.

In addition, the hours are really good - the kitchen closes at 8:30pm Sunday to Thursday and 9:00pm on Friday and Saturdays.

HOURS & ROLE

We are hiring for around 20 hours per week.

The role will consist of various chef duties such as prepping, working in larder and on pans.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Please make sure you have these requirements before applying for this job:

1. Have at least 2 years experience
2. Live within 30 minutes of Frankston
3. Have excellent knife skills
4. Able to provide consistency with prepping, meals etc…

(No apprenticeships or sponsorships).
