Our host company is an IT support service catering for the needs of businesses.
They provide IT solutions and Tech support to all clients throughout Victoria. The company work with businesses across a wide range of industries including (not limted to) the financial, legal retail and hospitality sector

Learning Opportunity:

You will learn through projects involving timely administration of job tickets to meet client SLAs, deliver technical support and remote and onsite maintenance and support. This will be within the IT team who will mentor you in the technical and soft skills need to succeed as a Level 1 Support. A detailed training plan will be provided to all the candidates.

Please note: Responsibilities and detailed IT projects will be determined based on your educational background, interests, and skills.

To register for the Program you must be:

• Currently studying or recently completed relevant Networking/IT qualification.
• Demonstrate English language proficiency or be a native speaker.
• Keen interest in Networking and knowledge of IT Help Desk and a strong understanding of ITIL methodologies.
