Mukka, Fitzroy is an established Indian street food/cocktails style eatery with a strong focus on home smoked and ground spices, delicate naan bread and soothing lassis whizzed right in front of your eyes. We are looking for an experienced wait staff working 15-20 hours per week.

What drives you?
Your everyday experience will be multi-faceted and stimulating, and you'll have plenty of autonomy and encouragement. You’ll have exposure to the technicalities of Indian cooking, the traditional complex spice mixes, logistics of the end to end process of what makes a curry great, an exciting and quality focused beverage list. You'll have a sustainable working roster so you can perform at your best. We believe that balance is paramount.
