As your skills develop and build, there will be plenty of opportunity to work in our main restaurant or across our events department if that is something you aspire to.

What we ask in return is that you have worked in a fast paced and busy established restaurant or café, and have the relevant skills and dedication to your work.

The role will be a hands on position, so you will need to be on top of your game and be able to maintain standards when unsupervised.

You will be required to possess:

A can do attitude!

Trade qualifications of certificate 3 or higher.

A motivated demeanour with great common sense.

Great communication skills with a level head in times of peak trade.
