Part Time 3 (80-144hrs per 4 week roster)

Crown offers some of Melbourne’s finest and most cosmopolitan dining, from premium restaurants with world-class cuisine to stylish, casual eateries.

We are currently searching for an experienced Cook to join one of Crown’s premium hotel kitchens at Crown Promenade.

Mesh is located in Crown Promenade Hotel offering relaxed and stylish dining in beautifully designed surrounds. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the 380-seat restaurant serves contemporary bistro food from both our impressive buffet or from our a la carte menu. Mesh restaurant is also responsible for catering room service and functions in Crown’s Promenade Hotel.

What you need:

• Experience in a high volume kitchen in some form
• Experience in multiple cuisines
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
• Ability to work fulltime, across a rotating 24 hour roster including weekends
