- Monday to Friday roster.

We are seeking two new staff members to join our expanding kitchen team
- Larder chef
- Sous chef
At a minimum, applicants should demonstrate
- Previous commercial cookery experience in fast-paced, professional environments
- Experience plating dishes
- Passion for recipe & dish development
- Knowledge of the produce & supplier industry
- The capcity to work well autonomously and as a commited team player
- Clear communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Attentive, clean & organized work practices
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
- Passion for social equality
- Prior experience managing, delegating & training.
