We are seeking two new staff members to join our expanding kitchen team

  • Larder chef
  • Sous chef

At a minimum, applicants should demonstrate

  • Previous commercial cookery experience in fast-paced, professional environments
  • Experience plating dishes
  • Passion for recipe & dish development
  • Knowledge of the produce & supplier industry
  • The capcity to work well autonomously and as a commited team player
  • Clear communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Attentive, clean & organized work practices
  • Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
  • Passion for social equality
  • Prior experience managing, delegating & training.
