The Role:
- Leadership of the team of chefs
- Food quality and food safety management
- Ordering and stock rotation
- COGS management
- Training and development
- Very leadership focused
You will be:
- Cool under pressure and excited by a challenging, fast past paced environment
- A proven leader that people follow
- An established and experienced head chef, who has built and lead great teams
- Ambitious and keen to make your mark
- A real people person who can influence, persuade and lead from the front
You will have:
- Achieved top class food safety results through managing systems
- Experience with supplier negotiation
- Managed a team of at least 10 people
- A passion for the business
A salary of up to $70,000 plus super and benefits is available for this role.
