Candidate:

A mature, experienced and self motivated individual who can work and manage a fast pace modern eatery thats both dine-in / takeaway. Should possess an understanding of kitchen team environment and its workings. A very simple process based menu with easy procedures to follow.

Applicant must be able to work in a team environment and with other staff members, be confident to work in the FOH section at times, posses a warm, lively and outgoing personality.

Kitchen Hand Duties:

Food Handling and Management

Food Cooking and Preparation

Keeping the Kitchen Clean and Tidy

Section Cook Duties:

Be able to work grills and fryers

Prepare items on menu such as Burgers / Wraps / Parma
