Our kitchen hands do so much more. Yes there are dishes to wash but there is also prep, ordering and assisting the chefs with service. Show the initiative and drive and you will be rewarded. Our current Sous Chef started out at San Telmo as a kitchen hand.

We offer a flexible weekly roster, averaging 40 hours a week. Want a weekend off? All you have to do is ask.
